Next to Normal: sometimes we live on lattes and prayers. How do you get through particularly stressful shows? I was just in Spring Awakening, as Frau Bergman and an ensemble character! I’d say that was stressful. I get through it with the support of my family and friends, and by constantly reminding myself that ITS JUST A CHARACTER SKYLAR IT ISNT REAL. also ice cream. lots of ice cream.

Feeling Electric: sometimes we stay up until 4 in the morning. Have you ever lost sleep over a show or audition? Have I? hahahhaa have I? Let’s put it simply. I don’t sleep.

Bare: sometimes we have unfortunate complications during shows. what’s the worst thing that’s happened in the middle of a show you’ve been in? Well. not to me specifically, BUT, in the middle of Robin Hood our set basically collapsed as the Prince was talking and he was just like, oh I guess our castle is falling apart, and kept going! It was great!

Tony-winner James Corden will play the Baker who lives next door to Meryl Streep’s Witch.

Omg this is actually happening!!!

So far, the only thing I’m concerned about is Rob Marshall, but there’s no way he can do dream sequences with this. Cast sounds fantastic so far, and James can handle the Baker well, I think, which I think is the hardest role in the piece.
